At Sudden Impact, the main focus of our business is the repair, refurbishment, re-sale and servicing of office printing equipment.
Our engineers have a combined experience of over 50 years and we pride ourselves on being specialists in our field. We have been in business since 1994 and over the years we have built up a skills base that is second to none. We can offer a comprehensive repair, refurbishment, resale or advance exchange service for all types of printers: inkjet, laser (mono and colour), multifunction, dot matrix, thermal, line printers, label printers, plotters, etc.
We also offer a wide range of refurbished Fusers and Maintenance Kits.
We hold an extensive stock of new and refurbished printer parts, sub-assemblies, spares, options and extras such as duplex units, paper trays, network cards etc.
All our refurbished products carry our standard 3 month warranty. We can extend this to up to 12 months if required.
Our fast turnaround time means that you can pay for your repairs as and when you need to.
Alternatively, for peace of mind you could take out one of our On Site Maintenance Contracts.
In addition, our printer repair charges are “no fix, no fee” so there is no risk to you. We don’t charge by the hour like a lot of companies. We have several ‘Blue Chip’ contract customers and are therefore experienced at dealing with the most stringent Service Level Agreements.
We are also able to offer an advance exchange programme which means that you can have a replacement printer, fuser or maintenance kit with your customer by 9am the next working day to minimise disruption and downtime.
