Senior Support Worker – Tamworth Crisis Support and Intervention Project - Temp upto 7 months

You will support the Operational manager with the delivery of the Tamworth service, supporting people with complex needs including substance misuse, mental ill-health, offending behaviour and homelessness. You will build and maintain effective partnerships and be an excellent communicator and team-worker.
Whilst providing daily support to the team you will carry a caseload of customers, promote the service, encourage referrals from other agencies and attend referrals, assessments and other meetings as appropriate.
An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or other relevant subject is essential. You must be computer literate in using Microsoft word, excel, email and the internet. The ability to drive and have own transport is essential.

£20,257.68 per annum, pro-rata
